충북 지구단위계획 현황 및 실태 조사 연구 = A Survey on the Present Conditions of the District Unit Plan in Chung-Buk Province 새창
[연구개요] 본 연구는 향후, 충청북도 지구단위계획 운영지침의 작성을 위한 참고자료로 활용하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해, 충청북도내 12개 시군에서 2007년 7월 현재 지정, 운영되고 있는 지구단위계획(제1종 및 제2종) 444건의 지정경향을 파악해 보았다. [연구요약] 조사 결과, 충청북도에서는 제1종지구단위계획이 72건으로 전체의 16%를, 제2종지구단위계획이 372건으로 전체의 84%를 차지하고 있었다. 제1종 지구단위계획은 청주시, 충주시, 제천시, 청원군을 중심으로 수립되고 있으나, 신도시개발 및 기성시가지 정…
