[연구개요] 본 연구는 시간적으로 1995년부터 현재까지 독일의 시설수발 서비스 실행 경험과 2000년부터 제도가 시행된 일본의 시설 인프라 실태, 대략 2000년부터 한국의 제도도입 논의 과정과 시설 인프라 계획 등이다. 이를 통해 충북의 노인장기요양 시설 인프라를 확대하고자 하는 방안을 마련해 보고자 하였다. [연구내용의 요약] 우선 장기요양 개념에 대한 한국, 일본, 독일의 용어 정의를 살펴보면서 서비스 내용과 포괄 범위의 차이와 문제점을 파악해 보고자 하였다. 그 다음 요양보장의 필요에 대해 사회보험 방식을 채택하고 …
